Warehouse and Distribution Center Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This role is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, storage optimization, and compliance with safety standards. The manager will supervise a team, ensure efficient workflows, and maintain high levels of accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receipt and dispatch of shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, audits, and control procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage conditions.
• Lead and train warehouse staff, promoting safety and performance.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of warehouse/logistics management experience, preferably in B2B Wholesale or import/direct shipping.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory and logistics systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international shipments and bonded warehouse procedures.
• Familiarity with duties/VAT processes.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
